The Dolphins are members of the James River Aquatic Club
(JRAC) and abide by their rules and regulations.
The swim team is open to all children between the ages of 5
and 18. Children interested in joining should be able to
swim the length of the lap pool (resting on the ropes
allowed). The first meet will take place on a weekend
before the end of school. At the conclusion of school, the
meets are held on Monday evenings for five consecutive
weeks. Swim team is a great environment for your kids to
have fun while becoming strong, confident swimmers.
We will have Coach Nicole back for the 2009 swim season.
Nicole currently swims for William and Mary and brings with
her a very strong swimming background. This will be
Nicole's fifth year with the Dolphins. She served three
years as assistant coach and is returning for her second
year as head coach. Nicole's experience will be a great
asset to the Dolphin's.

- I understand, as a CRA swim team parent, that the success of our
swim team depends on volunteers!!! - I understand that I am expected to do my part to support our
team. - I understand that I am obligated to sign up and to work at least
one half of each swim meet that my child(ren) participate in. - I understand it is my responsibility to find a replacement for my
scheduled time slot if I have a conflict. - I further understand that failure to appear for my assignment or to
find someone to work in my place could result in a possible
forfeiture of the meet in which we are competing at that time.
